CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of your services does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
LATE POLICY
I pride myself in keeping on time but I do understand that things happen that are beyond our control.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is a chance we won’t have time to execute all of your booked services.
There will be also be an additional Late Guest charge added to your final total.
Please remember that Wednesday there is a farmers market until 1pm and that can effect parking 🅿️
CASH FREE POLICY
A cash free policy is in place to streamline and protect my business.
